Kathleen Weinstock

I have always been an artist! My high school art teacher encouraged me to go to art school, but the right side of my brain convinced me to go to Villanova University for a degree in finance. My career evolved from banking to retail management until I left the work force in 1995 to be a stay at home mom.
While raising three kids and volunteering, I stayed creative with an accessories business that took me to trunk shows and craft fairs. With a bunch of girlfriends, I took a painting class and got bitten by the bug again! I have taken classes at Darien Adult Education, Silvermine Art Center and Rowayton Art Center. My oil paintings are of still life, landscapes, seascapes and the occasional abstract.
