Carly grew up on Cape Cod, Massachusetts with three sisters in a family-run Bed and Breakfast. She attended high school in New Hampshire and then moved to Washington D.C. for her college years. It was during this time she took an interest in eclectic fashion and art. She moved around between San Francisco, Boston, Manhattan, and Brooklyn. Her love of modern whimsical art can be attributed to her cultural experiences during this time.
Carly introduced her work in 2014 from Rowayton, CT. Using paper, paint, acrylic pen, scissors and glue, she layers varied combinations of color, shapes, and texture into happy and energetic pieces. All collages are hand-crafted in her home studio (now in Sherborn, Massachusetts) with love.
