Diane Rose

From the moment she picked up her first crayon, Diane has been involved in making art. She has created work in every discipline from oil and watercolor painting to fiber arts, printmaking and sculpture.  Her work has sold in group shows as well as through private clients.

Diane’s landscape paintings are done on-site as often as possible.  Although she is a lifelong Connecticut resident, she has painted scenes from Arizona, New Mexico, and Maine to  Hawaii, and Nantucket–anywhere that the scene and nature moves her. All of her work is done on the highest quality triple-primed linen canvas and Old Holland oil paints for lasting quality and beauty.

Diane is a member of SPAG, the St. Philips Artist Guild a local group of artists who share studios in the Oak Hill Mansion on the grounds of St. Philips Church in Norwalk.  This group is dedicated to supporting local artists and art groups and has regular shows in the mansion.
