Georgette Diamandis

My mother was an artist and I took oil painting at Brien McMahon High School and BMHS art instructor Mr. Connolly gave me my first jolt of inspiration. Later I moved to Australia and used watercolors in the outback. I took more oil painting classes in West Australia. I moved back and studied Interior Design in New York. When I moved back to Rowayton I enrolled in classes at the Rowayton Arts Center and have been a steady student for 30 years. I also taught art classes at the RAC to young artists.

I am mostly known for my whimsical animal portraits which I do by commission..
