Blending modern impressionism with an expressive painting style, I consider myself a versatile artist. My water-themed creations are inspired by a lifetime of engagement with the water as a competitive swimmer, surfer, sailor, and scuba diver.

Living near the ocean in California where I grew up,  the luminous light and vibrant colors of the West made a lasting impression.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Art History and Studio Art from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts.  Spending a transformative year in Paris, I was immersed in sketching from Old Masters at the Louvre.  Learning from accomplished French painters, and exploring art museums across Europe created a solid artistic foundation.

My aspiration is for people to connect with my work, and share the passion that fuels the process.

My time is divided between New York City, Cape Cod, and the Caribbean.
